Laws and Regulations

Cozy Games Management Ltd. is registered in the Isle of Man under the address of Jubilee Buildings, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2SH.

Cozy Games Management Limited is licensed in Isle of Man (IOM) and regulated by the IOM Gambling Supervision Commission. The Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) is a public single regulatory body that is responsible for the governance of all forms of gaming operated from that jurisdiction. Please refer to the official site of the IOM Government Gaming Authority by visiting it at http://www.gov.im/gambling/

All games are regulated under the gaming license, granted by the IOM Gambling Supervision Commission (The "Authority") on December 31, 2011. The prevailing language in case of interpretation will be English. The term Management and Cozy Games Management Ltd. are synonymous.

These ‘Terms of Use’ are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or regulations, the Website, the games, any prizes, or the Operator will be governed by the laws and the Courts of the Isle of Man.

1 Account Policies

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at this site. We can request documents to confirm a player's age at any time. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account frozen and all balances including any winnings will be forfeited. All balances in such accounts will be forfeited to the GSC. No claim shall lie against Cozy Games Management Ltd. in the event the balance is remitted to the Authority in such circumstances.

1.2 Registration Policy

Cozy Games Management Ltd. reserves the right to decline the acceptance of an account registration at any time at its sole discretion. If an account is closed, we will honour all contractual obligations and all unused balances will be refunded to account holders, subject to the terms and conditions and Management's obligations under the Gaming Supervision Commission's directives.

Players are allowed to have only one account per household, shared computer, physical address or internet connection. Players using false or misleading information during registration will have their accounts closed and all winnings will be forfeited. Player registration may be refused or closed at the Operator's sole discretion but contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any withdrawal of funds made from any game which may require further investigation due to any system malfunction.In this case, we will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.

Management reserves the right to terminate any player's account at any time without notice if a player is found to be violating any of the terms and conditions or rules on the Website. At its discretion, management may suspend, void any winnings or withhold any balance if the player is found to have violated any of these terms.

1.3 Prohibited Users

Cozy Games Management Ltd. does not accept liability for any breach by prohibited players of the applicable laws of their state or country of residence. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to declare any wager as void if a player is identified to have been playing illegally.

Players from the countries listed below are prohibited to register and place bets. We sincerely apologize to these customers. The countries are:

1.4 Transfer of Accounts and Funds

Players are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to and from other players. Player is also prohibited from transferring funds to and among player accounts.

1.5 Know Your Client

A 'Know Your Client' procedure will be carried out on all real money players. We will request you to provide additional proof of identity to assist with our age verification policy before processing your first withdrawal. Upon request we will require specific proof of identity in the form of photo copy of a passport or driving license, utility bill or header of a recent bank or credit card statement.

As part of Money Laundering requirements, withdrawals may be subject to Proof of Identity checks. In accordance with the Act, no payments in excess of £ 2000 shall be made unless the player's identity, age and place of residence have been verified.

1.6 Dormant Accounts

In the event that no transaction has been recorded on a player's account for thirty months, the account will be deemed dormant and we reserve the right to close the account and remit the balance using the last known details of the player. In the event that the player cannot be satisfactorily located we have the obligation under the license to remit the balance to GSC. No claim shall lie against Management in the event the balance is remitted to the Authority in these circumstances. Players shall not treat Cozy Games Management Ltd. as a financial institution nor expect interest on their deposits.

1.7 Account Disputes

If the player has any dispute with regard to any outcome, she/he must submit a complaint in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event taking place to Cozy Games Management Ltd. Any disputes must be made in writing providing all the details (date, time, details of game play under question). We take player disputes very seriously and take all reasonable steps to investigate and resolve all disputes. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to refer such complaint to the Gaming Supervision Commission of IOM by sending an email to gaming@gov.im

2 Banking

2.1 Deposit Methods

You can fund your account to play the games using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, UKash and Paysafe card. A minimum deposit of £10 and a maximum of £500 per transaction may be made on a single credit or debit card. You may only register one credit or debit card number to be active with your account at any one time, and no card may be registered to more than one account. You can only use a credit or debit card that has been registered to make deposits in the account. We reserve the right to withhold the payment of winnings to any player pending verification of the player's identity.

2.2 Interest / Consideration

Players shall not treat the gaming account as a bank account, nor expect interest on their deposits. All deposits are for entertainment purposes only and not to be considered as business transactions.

2.3 Suspicious Transactions

As part of fraud prevention program, transactions are monitored and checked. If we determine or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity, we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you. Management has the obligation under the license to report suspicious activity to the Authority and reserves the right to report such activity to the police or relevant authorities.

3 Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Withdrawal Requests

3.1.1 Withdrawals may be made by players who have made a minimum deposit of £10 to their account.

3.1.2 Players may request one withdrawal during every seven-day period.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

3.2.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is £30.

3.2.2 The maximum weekly withdrawal limit is £300 for all games. In the case of you winning a bingo or slots progressive jackpot, you will be paid £1,000 each week.

3.2.3 We reserve the right to increase or decrease the withdrawal limits for select players. If we have approved a higher withdrawal limit of £1,000 or more for your account, please note that withdrawals of £1,000+ may take longer to process. In addition, we only allow a total maximum monthly withdrawal of £5,000.

3.3 Proof of Identity Checks

3.3.1 To prevent fraud, a player’s first withdrawal request may be subject to Proof of Identity checks. You are required to send us two documents providing valid proof of ID and your residential address:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Header of a Bank/credit card statement
  • Header of a utility bill (gas, electricity, water, landline phone, council tax)

The details shown on these documents must match those shown on your account profile (name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address). You can email your documents to us at accounts@livebingonetwork.co.uk. In the event you provide us with invalid details, you may risk your account being closed and any balance being forfeited.

3.4 Withdrawal Requests

We process withdrawal request daily on working days. We aim to process your withdrawal request within 3 working days after the request has been received. Withdrawal requests will be paid to the relevant account and/or payment method by which your deposit was, with the exception of:

3.4.1 Ukash and Paysafe Card Withdrawals

If you deposited using Ukash or Paysafe card, we will send you a cheque via first-class mail to your registered address and a £5 fee for payment via cheque will be deducted from the value of your withdrawal.

3.4.2. Withdrawals by Cheque

Cheques are sent out on a fortnightly basis for all approved withdrawals. In the event that a cheque is rejected or returned to us due to you providing incorrect personal or address details, we will charge you an admin fee of £25

3.4.3 Mastercard and Eurocard

Due to MasterCard/Eurocard regulations, we are unable to pay withdrawals to these types of credit/debit cards. Therefore, if you make a deposit to your account using these methods, we will issue your payments via cheque unless you have previously deposited using a Visa or debit card.

3.4.4 Not Funded in Last 60 Days

Management reserves the right to deny a player's withdrawal request, if their account has not been funded within the last 60 days prior to the win (this includes any winnings derived from any complimentary and/or promotional bonuses including Bonus Balance and cash). The player's last deposit should be a minimum of £10 to meet the qualifying requirements for a withdrawal application.

3.4.5 Intimation in case of Lost/Theft Card

In the event that a credit or debit card that you have used to fund your account is lost, stolen, expired, cancelled or should the status of your e-wallet change, please inform us as soon as possible.

3.5 Forfeiting Bonus Money

When a withdrawal request is accepted, players will forfeit all bonus funds left in their account.

Both funded and non-funded players will be unable to make a deposit if their account balance exceeds £75. Therefore, in order to make a deposit, you will need to play-through the excess, until your balance drops beneath £75.

We reserve the right to withhold payment to any player thought to have provided false or misleading information.

4 Player Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that they understand and comply fully in respect to any national and international laws, regulations or directives etc. applicable to the player for online gaming.

It is the player's responsibility to keep their user name and passwords secure at all times, ensuring the prevention of any unauthorized use of the same and therefore accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of the player account. All wagers placed including pre-buy are final. In case of any dispute, the Management decision will be final.

5 Player Protection

5.1 Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming is a measure to ensure a fair and safe gaming experience that protects players from the adverse consequences of gaming. The Responsible Gaming policy is available on the site for players to familiarise themselves with.

6 Customer Support

All customer queries by support ticket will be answered within two working days. We allow customers three ways to contact Support. Players may open a Support Ticket (preferred method), contact Live Help, or send in an email request. We recommend that the account holder prints out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.

7 Game Rules

By enjoying our games, you agree that you do not find them offensive, unfair or indecent.

Any stakes that you place (including per-purchased bingo tickets) are non-refundable, unless a system malfunction occurs, in which case, all stakes placed on the particular game being played at the time of the malfunction will be refunded. However, Gravy Train Bingo and Cozy Games have no obligation to repay players who abuse these occurrences, and therefore, an alternative may be deemed suitable depending on the individual circumstances.

Where there are instances of prizes being shared by more than one player, the prize or jackpot will be split equally among all the winners.

If a query arises as a result of a gaming session where there is a mismatch between your records and the data recorded by our servers, the latter will be considered correct.

In the event of any disagreement between yourself and Gravy Train Bingo, the management’s decision will be considered final.

8 Bonus Rules

Bonus funds are promotional bonuses that may be awarded to players upon successful registration, deposit and/or at any point during your time with the Site.

Player accounts will have a Bonus Balance containing bonus money that is kept separately from your Cash Balance. The Cash Balance is comprised of cash deposits, cash bonus amounts and winnings from bonus money. You will not be able to withdraw any winnings from your Cash Balance until you have met the wagering requirements of your bonus.

8.1 Bonus Types

The following types of bonus are defined as follows:

8.1.1 Bonus: The bonus amount is credited to a player’s Bonus Balance and can be staked on bingo and other games in bonus play mode (not games in cash play mode). Winnings on bingo are credited to the player’s Cash Balance and are eligible for withdrawal, subject to wager requirements and withdrawal rules being met. Any winnings on games played in bonus mode are added to the player’s Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn.

Funds in your Bonus Balance may only be used to stake and may not be cashed out.

8.1.2 Cash Bonus: The cash bonus amount is credited to a player’s Cash Balance and can be staked on bingo and other games. Winnings on bingo and other games are eligible for withdrawal, subject to wager requirements and withdrawal rules being met.

Upon making a deposit, the player may be given three bonus options. For example, on a player’s first deposit, they may be given the following three bonus options to choose from:

  • 200% Bonus
  • 25% Bonus
  • No Bonus

Both bonuses are given as a percentage of the deposit amount. If you deposit £10 cash and opt into the 200% Bonus offer, a £20 Bonus will be credited to your Bonus Balance. If you deposit £10 cash and opt into the 25% Cash Bonus offer, £2.50 Cash Bonus will be credited to your Cash Balance.

If you opt for the No Bonus option, you will receive no bonus on your deposit.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses require a minimum wager requirement to be completed before you are able to make a withdrawal. This will differ depending on the bonus offered - please see individual bonus terms and conditions for full details. By accepting a bonus, you agree with the Bonus terms and conditions.

On bingo, players are required to wager 4 times (4x) the deposit and bonus amount before you are able to request a withdrawal.

On other games, players are required to wager 10 times (10x) the deposit and bonus amount before you are able to request a withdrawal.

For example: If you deposit £10 and receive a bonus of £20, giving you a total amount of £30, you will need to wager £120 on bingo to meet your wagering requirements (4 x £30).

If you deposit £10 and receive a cash bonus of £2.50, giving you a total amount of £12.50, you will need to wager £125.00 on games to meet your wagering requirements (10 x 12.50).

Play on Blackjack, Roulette or any other “close to 50/50 games” including but not limited to gambling function in slots, do not count towards this wagering requirement.

8.3 Spend Order

The initial amount you wager on bingo will be taken from the Cash Balance first, unless the amount is zero, upon which it will be taken from the Bonus Balance. Wagers on games played in bonus mode will be taken from the Bonus Balance only.Wagers on games played in cash play mode will be taken from the Cash Balance only. If your Cash Balance is zero, you will be required to make a cash deposit to continue wagering on games.

8.4 Bonus Retrieval

Bonus money may be retrieved 30 days from the date the bonus is issued. We reserve the right to expire the bonus and any winnings associated with wagers from any bonus money at any time.

When a withdrawal request is accepted, players' will forfeit all bonus fundsleft in their account up to the value of the remaining Cash Balance. For example, a player has £200 cash in his/her Cash Balance and £300 in his/her Bonus Balance. The player withdraws £150 cash, leaving £50 cash in the Cash Balance. The player’s Bonus Balance will be reduced to £50.

8.5 £15 Free Sign-up Bonus

Our £15 free sign-up bonus may be given to all new players upon successful verification of their email address. You do not need to make a deposit. Upon registering, you will be asked to verify your email address. Upon successful verification, a £15 bonus will be automatically credited to your Bonus Balance.

All winnings on bingo from the £15 free sign-up bonus will be capped at £30.

A player cannot withdraw any winnings generated by the £15 free sign-up bonus until they have deposited a minimum of £10.

A player’s Bonus Balance will be reset to zero when their first deposit is made and cash balance will be capped to £30.

8.6 Free Bingo Rules

We may offer free bingo games on our site from time to time, which all players are able to play.

Management reserves the right to reset all the winnings generated from free bingo games to zero without any prior information.

Constant use of the free bingo rooms will be regarded as contravening fair use of the site. Constant use is defined as playing 100 free bingo games or more per week. We reserve the right to remove players we find contravening fair use of the site. Players will have their accounts closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

9 Chat Rules

9.1 Chat Room Support

We operate different chat rooms on the site for the players' convenience and enjoyment. This is a privilege and not a right,for players to participate in the chat room. Management can change or alter the chat rooms and all conditions associated with chat rooms as they see fit. A player may have his/her chat privileges suspended for 24 to 48 hours or completely banned, if they violate any of the chat rules or is believed to be making trouble in the room. Chat privileges will only be given back to player when the player has waited the correct period of time, has sent in an apology stating that they understand the chat rules and what rules they have violated, and have a minimum balance of 10.00 or more. All conversations in the chat room are monitored, and logged. In the case of suspicious chats those transcripts will be reported to the governing agency. All chat rooms will normally have a chat host supplied by the Company to help customers and entertain them in the room. This chat host/moderator is supplied only as a convenience and may not be in the room at all times. All terms, conditions and rules will supersede anything that the chat host may say or imply. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand those terms, conditions and rules as stated on the Website and not rely on the chat host or other players in the room. If any players are using their chat room privileges to plan collusion or cheating, those players will have their chat immediately banned and their account closed.

9.2 Chat Rules

To make Gravy Train Bingo a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone, we request that players adhere to the following chat rules and etiquette alongside our standard terms of use. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor all chat rooms. Should you fail to comply with the following terms, you may risk your account being terminated or losing your chat privileges.

  • Please don’t write sentences in capital letters - this is perceived as a form of ‘shouting’, and is considered offensive by many players.
  • You may not solicit or advertise for any other website in the chat window.
  • Please refrain from making comments of an overly sexual nature - this includes the use of sexual terms and connotations.
  • Trolling will not be tolerated, so please do not make offensive references to bands, religions, race, or politics in an attempt to start an argument.
  • You must not use an offensive chat alias.
  • Racial, ethnic or sexual slurs will not be tolerated.
  • You must not, under any circumstance, impersonate another player at Gravy Train Bingo.
  • Do not harass, disrespect or argue with another player or CH.
  • Soliciting for donations of any kind is not allowed here.
  • Exchanging or requesting of email addresses within the chat rooms is not allowed. This is to ensure the safety of all our players.

9.3 Chat Games Rules

Players can participate in chat games and receive prizes related to chat bingo bonuses up to the value of 200% of their last deposit.

Only those depositing players are eligible to receive chat bonuses who have made at least one deposit within the last 10 days prior to playing a chat game.

Non-depositing players can take part in chat games for seven days after signing up, but will need to buy at least two game cards to qualify.

In the event of any dispute, the decision made by the CH and/or Management decision will be final.

10 Other Rules and Regulations

10.1 Gambling Debts

Under the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001, online gambling debts are enforceable in the Isle of Man.

10.2 Copyright / Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Site are the properties of Cozy Games Management Ltd. Users are prohibited from using them for any purpose without prior written permission. All information and content, including without limitation, any software programs, banners, and advertising material available on or through the Site ("content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or through the site for commercial or public purposes. Users may however download or print one copy of one or more pages contained in this Website provided it is not republished in whole or in part for commercial purposes.

10.3 No Warranties

All content on the Site is provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy. Cozy Games Management Ltd. does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made through the Site by any party other than Cozy Games Management Ltd. Other than, as required under applicable consumer protection law, under no circumstance will Cozy Games Management Ltd. be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through the site. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or utility of any opinion, advice or other content available through the site. 10.4 Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Cozy Games Management Ltd. harmless, including its parent or subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Website, the games, or any other content contained there or breach of any of the terms of use.

10.5 Interruption of Service

In case of system malfunction, we will refund all bets placed on the game. In which case, Cozy Games Management Ltd. will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis. In the event of any discrepancy in the game, between the data as recorded in our database and that recorded by the player, the data recorded by us will be considered valid.

10.6 Term and Amendments

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes shall be in effect immediately upon publication on this Site and we recommend that you regularly review the terms for changes.
