Sorry, we don't allow players from restricted countries or countries which are not covered in our registration page to register with us or play with us, so please do not attempt to sign-up if your country is not mentioned in our listed countries, or you will be blocked by management whenever they find that you are not from the list of accepted countries. In such cases, management has right to close the account and all the balance will be forfeited.

Q. What are the requirements to sign-up for an account with Gravy Train Bingo ?

A. So long as you meet the minimum age requirements mentioned above, all you'll need is a valid e-mail address and valid credit/debit card details.

Q. Why do you take my credit/debit card details when I register with Gravy Train Bingo?

A. When you register at Gravy Train Bingo, you will find a section asking for your credit/debit card details. This is because we need to verify your identity. No money will be taken from your card unless you later decide to deposit funds at Gravy Train Bingo with your own consent.

Q. How do I claim my sign-up bonus?

Q. Can I have more than one account?

Q. What do I need to do if my personal details change?

A. We recommend keeping your account details up-to-date at all times so, if you need to make any changes, please contact our Customer Service team who will make any necessary amendments on your behalf.

Q. How can I change my password?

A. In order to keep your account as secure as possible, we recommend changing your password on a regular basis. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘My Profile’ section, followed by the ‘Change Password’ link. You will be prompted to enter your existing password, followed by the new password which you wish to change it to.

Q. What should I do if I forget my password?

A. If you forget your password, there’s no need to panic or contact our Support team. You can retrieve it yourself by clicking this link Simply follow the on-screen instructions which will require you to enter the email address you used to register with Gravy Train Bingo , followed by the verification code shown underneath. We’ll then automatically send an e-mail to this address which will allow you to reset your password instantly.

Q. What should I do if I forget my account details and do not have access to my e-mail?

A. Contact our Customer Service team, who will take you through our security checks (such as name, date of birth, home address) and, once they have verified you are the true account holder, they will remind you of your log-in details.

Q. What should I do if my account details are invalid?

A. If you notice that any of your account details are invalid, please contact our Customer Service team immediately so that they can amend them for you. By not updating your details, you run the risk of permanent or temporary disconnection.

Q. How can I verify my Bingo Account?

A. A bingo account can be verified any time by sending your valid photo id proof and front copy of credit/debit card by which you have made transaction at account@livebingonetwork.co.uk. Management/Admin has rights to withhold any pay-out or Winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to the satisfaction.

Q. What all documents are valid for verifying a Bingo Account?

A. As per the withdrawal Terms & Conditions players required to verify their identity before a withdrawal can be made from their account. The purpose of this validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Primary Documents:

Photo ID: A copy of a current photo ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photo ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Driver's License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, expiry date, date of birth, and photograph are visible on the documents.
Copy of Credit/debit cards: A copy of the front of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you choose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card. You may block the middle six numbers of the card copy.
Proof of address: In few circumstances like cheque payment, you may be asked to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.
Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. These documents may be requested at any point during your Bingo membership.
In order to secure the transmission of the documents we recommend that you send them in separate emails. With regards to credit cards, please send copies of the front of the relevant card separately and we also suggest that you block out the middle six digits on the front of the card. Once received, your documents are digitally stored in a secure environment, which is accessible exclusively to specific specialized security agents. Once your account gets verified then all the documents gets deleted.

Q. What if a player is not having any valid photo id proof to verify Bingo Account?

A. If a player is not having any valid photo id proof like driving license or passport copy then they can send their valid birth certificate along with current month utility bills copy.

Q. My maiden name is changed after marriage? Hence my last name is different on my card/id proof? What should I do in this case to verify the account?

A. If your maiden name/Last name gets changed then you can provide with Marriage certificate.
